ATOL – Air Travel Organisers Licence
All flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Some of the flights on this website are also financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all flights. This website will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each flight before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. All the package holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. COMPLAINT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documents we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish- please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at customerservice@inteletravel.com. If the matter cannot be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then you have the option to use ABTA's ADR scheme, approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, see www.abta.com
