These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the customer) and Hargreaves Holidays, owned and operated by Vicky Hargreaves, as an Independent Travel Agent with InteleTravel UK.

By making an enquiry or booking through me, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. My Role as an Independent Travel Agent

I act as an agent on behalf of travel suppliers including:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels

  • Cruise lines

  • Tour operators

  • Car hire companies

  • Insurance providers

Your contract for travel services is with the supplier, not with me directly.

I arrange bookings and handle communication on your behalf.

2. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed when:

  • You agree to proceed, and

  • Payment is made (deposit or full balance, depending on the supplier’s rules)

Once confirmed, you will receive:

  • Booking confirmation

  • Travel itinerary

  • Relevant documents from suppliers

All travel services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms vary by supplier.

  • Deposits are usually non-refundable.

  • Full payment deadlines will be clearly communicated.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation by the supplier.

All payments are processed securely through InteleTravel or the relevant supplier, never by accepting cash or travel payments to PayPal or other personal accounts.

Purchase travel through me as an InteleTravel agent with peace of mind - your money and your dream trip are protected and secure. Your payments always go directly to the travel supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, etc.) or InteleTravel. 

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Supplier changes

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Tax changes

If a supplier changes the cost, I will notify you immediately.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the supplier.
Important notes:

  • Many suppliers charge fees for changes.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed directly by the supplier.

I will support you through the process but cannot override supplier policies.

6. Travel Insurance

I strongly recommend booking comprehensive travel insurance at the time of purchase.
Insurance policies are separate contracts with the insurer.

7. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Passports are valid for required periods

  • Visas are obtained where necessary

  • Vaccinations or health documents are arranged

  • Entry requirements are checked before travel

I can provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for incorrect documentation.

8. Travel Supplier Responsibility

As I act as an agent, I am not responsible for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Hotel closures or service issues

  • Changes to itineraries

  • Supplier bankruptcy or failure

  • Health, loss, injury, or damage during travel

Your contract and remedies lie with the travel supplier.

9. Liability

I am responsible for providing travel services with reasonable care and skill.
I am not liable for any loss, delay, or incident caused by third-party suppliers, weather, political events, or circumstances beyond my control.

10. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints

If you experience an issue:

  1. Report it to the supplier immediately to allow them to resolve it.

  2. Inform me as soon as possible so I can assist.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
